Bel Air Sew & Vac is a family-owned business which was started in 1974 and has been under the current ownership since 1997. We are the only sew & vac store in Harford County. To accommodate our growth, in 2007 we moved to a new 7,000 square foot facility that includes a large show room, repair shop, offices and warehouse. The showroom is stocked with many of our products enabling customers to "test drive" them before they are installed.

We are a highly customer-driven company. We are open six days a week for our customers' convenience. The phone is generally answered right away. In the event a message is left on our voice mail, the call is returned right away. Technicians are available during all business hours to answer customer questions and do minor repairs such as belt changes right away.
Portable vacuums and sewing machines (excluding embroidery machines) are returnable within 10 days of purchase as long as they are saleable as new and have all original packaging.

Over 99% of all repairs are done by our employees in our shop. In the rare instance that a machine needs to be sent to the manufacturer for repair, we advise the customer before doing so. In those instances where it is not feasible for the customer to bring a machine to our store, we offer to make the repair at the customer's location or pick it up. All of our repairs are backed by a 90 day warranty.

We are a member of the Vacuum Dealer Trade Association and National Federation of Independent Business.

All major credit cards are accepted. Extended payment terms are available upon approval for purchases over $500.
